GCP Core MOBY Data Types

GCP Domain model contains many domain-specific parts (e.g. Germplasm model) that have many repeating patterns (e.g. all of them must be uniquely identifiable, or all of them are using some ontologies/controlled vocabularies). These patterns constitutes a GCP Core Model. A set of core MOBY data types are mapped onto the GCP core model, from which more specialized GCP scientific MOBY data types may be derived. These MOBY data types are captured here in diagramatically form using UML.
